A consultation, before we start anything

Thirty minutes to talk about where you are, what you want to achieve, and what stands in the way. No commitment, even if it turns out you do not need a trainer yet. It is the safest start when something hurts or you are coming back after a longer break.

Who it is for

  • You do not know where to start

You have a general goal, but the thicket of advice online confuses more than it helps.

  • Something hurts

Your back, knee, or shoulder. You want to move smart, not make the problem worse.

  • You are coming back after a break

After an injury, illness, pregnancy, or simply years off. You want to ease into it without risk.

  • You want to get to know me first

Before you commit to working together, you would rather check that we click.

What is inside

  1. A talk about your goal

We settle on what exactly you want to achieve and how realistic it is in what time.

  2. A review of your limits

I ask about injuries, health, and schedule, so nothing catches us out later.

  3. First pointers

You leave with concrete steps for the near term, even if we do not start working together.

  4. A suggested path

I tell you whether a gym session, a plan, or online training fits better, and why.

Cost

The consultation is free. It is a short, one-off talk, so treat it as a direction check, not a commitment.

Before you ask

What does a consultation commit me to?

Nothing. It is a conversation. If I think you do not need a trainer yet, I will say so plainly.

What does the meeting look like?

We talk online or by phone. I ask about your goal, health, and schedule, and you ask anything you want to know about working together.

I have an injury, is this a good time?

Yes, it is the best time. Before we start anything, we settle what is safe, and if needed I point you to a specialist first.
