/FAQ10 questions
Before you get in touch
The questions I hear most often before we start working together. If yours is not on the list, message me or start with the interview, and I'll reply as soon as I can.
How much does personal training cost?
I give the exact rate after a short talk, because it depends on the format: one-on-one gym sessions, a personalized plan, and online coaching sit in different ranges. Each service page shows a starting price, and we set the specifics around your goal and how often you train.
Where do the training sessions take place?
In person in Poznań, in the Starołęka district. I also travel to clients nearby, and if you prefer it or live further out, I offer online coaching. We match the format to what is realistic for your everyday life.
I have never trained, or I am coming back after years. Is this for me?
Yes, it is the most common starting point for my clients. I assume no base at all. We start from where you actually are and build technique and conditioning calmly, without overloading you at the start.
How many times a week do I have to train?
Two well planned sessions a week get results if you stay consistent. Instead of promising a daily regime, I build the plan around your schedule, so you can keep it up for weeks, not just two days.
What does the first meeting look like?
We start with a talk about your goal, health, and schedule, then I look at how you move. From there we set the starting point and first steps. No judgement and no pressure. The meeting is meant to give you clarity, not to wear you out.
Do you work with people recovering from injuries?
Yes, but then we begin with a consultation to go through your limits calmly. If something falls outside training, I point you to a physiotherapist or doctor first. Safety matters more than the pace of progress.
How is a plan alone different from online coaching?
A personalized plan is a ready program you run on your own, at your own pace, with descriptions and video. Online coaching is that plan plus ongoing contact for questions and a weekly online meeting where I guide you. The plan gives you freedom, coaching gives you support.
What equipment do I need to train at home from a plan?
It depends on the plan, but usually a mat, a bit of space, and some basic load such as dumbbells or bands are enough. When we set things up, we check what you already have, and I build the training so it works with that equipment.
What if I have to cancel a session?
Life happens, and I get that. Just let me know in advance and we move the session calmly. We agree the cancellation details at the start, so the rules are clear for both of us.
Do I have to be fit to start?
No. We build your fitness together, that is what a trainer is for. You do not need to prepare before the first meeting or feel awkward about where you are. What matters is that you want to start, we will plan the rest.
